Job Description
Position Overview: -A liaison position responsible for smooth communication (reporting, contacting, and consulting) with group companies and external partners, with accounting as the primary task. -Along with acting as the liaison window, this role also handles general back-office operations such as HR and general affairs. Main Responsibilities: -Create and report regular sales reports (in Japanese) to the Japan headquarters. Collaborate on local operations under the direction of a Japanese superior. -Through an external accounting firm, perform practical accounting tasks such as remittance of payments to clients and suppliers, salary payments to staff, and tax payments. Also, submit monthly financial statements to the Japan headquarters. -General affairs and HR-related tasks: managing contracts, statutory benefits (SSS, etc.), setting up the office and store environment, executing recruitment activities for local staff together with a Japanese superior, and handling all tasks related to onboarding/offboarding of employees and part-timers, as well as expat-related matters. -Cash management: working with a Japanese superior to prepare cash sales and change used in stores and external sales events, and setting up and managing deposit rules. -Dealing with clients (domestic and international): communicating with malls and partner companies in the Philippines. Attending to clients visiting from Japan, etc. -Internal relations handling: responding to internal troubles, if any, in coordination with a Japanese superior. -Dealing with government and public offices: obtaining necessary information, creating, and submitting documents.

Requirement
Must Requirements: -Japanese language proficiency (N2 or N3 level required: for close communication with Japanese superiors and the Japan headquarters, and for creating various reports). -Practical back-office experience in some capacity, such as general affairs, HR, or as an assistant. Welcome Requirements: -Work experience at a Japanese company is a plus. -Basic knowledge of accounting, such as bookkeeping.
