• Job Description

  Job Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing the operation, improvement, and new development of IT infrastructure and business systems (such as POS, inventory, e-commerce, and customer management systems) for stores and headquarters nationwide. You will lead the process from IT strategy formulation to system design, development, and implementation, driving the integration of our core systems with those of our parent company and warehouse partners to streamline operations. Key Responsibilities: -System and Data Integration: Promote API design and construction to ensure the latest master and numerical data are properly linked across all systems. Advance integration with parent company and warehouse systems to eliminate manual operations. -Core Systems Development & Operation: Maximize the functionality of POS, inventory, sales management, e-commerce, and CRM systems. Lead rapid incident resolution to minimize operational impact. Implement user training to eliminate human errors. -IT Strategy Planning & Execution: Prepare necessary IT strategies based on future business plans. Propose drastic strategies to assist in the company's business expansion in the country. -Other Management Duties: Maintain and optimize internal infrastructure (networks, terminals, servers). Handle vendor and progress management for outsourced development. Coordinate with executive management and operational departments to drive improvements.
