Job Summary: -Coordinate with internal teams such as Collections Staff, Collections Area Managers, and the Accounting Team, as well as external partners including third-party collection agencies. -Responsible for ensuring effective collection performance, compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and achievement of collection targets.

Qualifications: -Familiarity with credit investigation and/or collections processes. -Have handled difficult collection clients. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. -Preferably with own motorcycle.
