  Role Summary: Responsible for end-to-end operations and sales growth of the official E-store and major marketplace platforms in the Philippines (e.g., Shopee, TikTok Shop). Requires a proactive, hands-on leader capable of rapid strategy execution and solving operational bottlenecks to hit sales targets. Key Responsibilities: -Marketing & Platform Strategy: Develop e-commerce marketing strategies, manage KPIs, optimize ROI, and design portfolios across multiple channels. -Acquisition & Promotion: Oversee digital advertising (Search, Paid Social, Affiliate), define SEO and content marketing strategies, and lead promotional campaigns. -Retention & UX Optimization: Oversee CRM initiatives (Email, Loyalty Programs) to improve repeat purchase rates and conduct data analysis/A/B testing for site navigation. -Live Commerce: Supervise live streaming sessions, including script preparation and real-time voucher distribution. -Merchandising & Inventory: Develop seasonal lineups based on market trends and create demand forecasts. Monitor stock levels daily and execute strategic markdowns for slow-moving inventory. -Digital Visual Merchandising (VMD): Optimize product placement on the storefront and direct photography and copywriting operations to drive purchase intent. -IT Optimization: Coordinate with IT for incident response, performing data cleansing and imports to ensure fulfillment continues during system errors.
