    Role Summary: This role drives key people initiatives across talent acquisition, total rewards, learning & development, performance management, employee relations, and HR governance to ensure alignment with business strategy and local labor regulations as a strategic management partner. Serving as the country head of HR, the position owns the end-to-end HR and General Affairs (GA) agenda as a trusted partner to local leadership. It requires a hands-on, build-and-improve approach to translate business goals into practical people and administrative solutions, designing scalable processes and strengthening organizational compliance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: -Strategy & Planning: Partner with the General Manager/President to define and execute the company’s people strategy. -Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and maintain job descriptions. -Talent Acquisition: Own end-to-end recruitment for corporate and field roles, including strategy, employer branding, interview processes, and offer management. -Performance & Development: Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews) and support leaders in coaching and feedback. Design and implement learning and development programs. -Total Rewards & Relations: Manage market benchmarking for competitive compensation and benefits. Lead employee engagement initiatives, communications, and company events. -Compliance & Operations: Manage labor relations, address grievances, and ensure disciplinary actions align with local -labor laws. Develop HR/GA policies, SOPs, and governance. -General Affairs: Oversee office operations, facilities management, and vendor compliance with local administrative requirements.

Qualifications

    Required Qualifications & Competencies -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. -Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial capacity in retail industry. -Expertise: Hands-on experience in core HR domains (acquisition, performance, relations) and strong knowledge of local labor law. -Skills: Strategic thinking with business acumen, strong stakeholder management, and analytical capability using data to drive decisions.
