Job Description
Role Overview: This is the most critical hire for the company. As the core of Kamakura's accounting outsourcing services, the Reporting Supervisor will manage multiple client accounts and primarily spearhead the following operations: -Bookkeeping -Tax Filing -Payroll Processing -Invoicing & Receipt Generation -Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Management -Audit Support / Compliance

Qualifications Must-Have: -Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) License in the Philippines. -At least 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and tax compliance in the Philippines. -Proven experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously (Experience in an accounting firm or BPO setting ). Nice-to-Have: -Previous experience working in a Japanese company or handling Japanese clients. -Knowledge of SEC compliance (e.g., Company Registration, GIS filing, AFS submission). Personal Attributes & Culture Fit: -Adaptable to a startup environment with the drive to build processes from scratch. -Highly detail-oriented with a strict adherence to deadlines (BIR deadlines are absolute). -Self-driven with a strong willingness to continuously learn and catch up with industry updates. -Ability to work collaboratively with a Japanese Owner/Director (Cross-cultural communication skills are highly valued). -Growth Mindset: Expected to grow into a Senior Leadership role as the company scales.
