    You will be responsible for customer service, vehicle maintenance, and repairs for our electric minibuses. We are looking for someone who can accurately assess the situation on-site in response to customer inquiries, then create and execute an efficient repair and maintenance plan. - Team Leadership: Manage after-service operations and mentor technical staff. - Root Cause Analysis: Perform on-site assessments and develop repair plans. - Hands-on Execution: Conduct vehicle maintenance and repairs as a Playing Manager. - Quality Feedback: Collaborate with technical teams to improve product quality. - Customer Relations: Handle technical inquiries and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST> - Experience: Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of vehicles within a Japanese company environment. - Experience leading a small team or mentoring/training junior staff. - A proactive, "hands-on" leader who can drive the team forward by performing practical tasks in a small-to-medium-sized company environment, rather than someone solely focused on administrative management in a large corporation. - Language: Business-level English proficiency. <BETTER> - Japanese Language skills - EV Knowledge: Technical knowledge or maintenance experience regarding Electric Vehicles
