We are a Singapore-headquartered industrial trading and manufacturing support company with a Philippine branch located in Alabang, Muntinlupa. The company operates across Asia, supporting global supply chain operations including procurement, import/export coordination, logistics management, and cross-border trade compliance. We work closely with international partners and suppliers, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods and materials across regions. The Philippine office serves as a key operational hub supporting regional business expansion and supply chain optimization. 【RESPONSIBILITIES】・Manage end-to-end import and export operations ・Coordinate with forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers ・Prepare and process shipping, customs, and trade documentation ・Ensure compliance with international trade regulations ・Coordinate with internal departments for shipment planning and delivery schedules ・Support overall supply chain and logistics efficiency

Requirement

【MUST】 • Proven experience in Import / Export operations • Bachelor’s degree holder • Stable employment history (no frequent job-hopping) 【BETTER】 • Experience in trading, manufacturing, or logistics companies • Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs clearance, and trade documentation • Experience coordinating with forwarders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation • Basic to intermediate English communication skills (written and verbal)
