Job Description
Job description: -Handles companies permit application and renewal to PEZA, BOC and BIR including submission of reports and compliance. -Process PEZA documents; Constructive- 8106, Farm in and Farm out- 8105, Sample- 8110 -Processing of Surety Bond Application -Processing of LOA Application -In-charge in import and export shipments of documents and products -Submits monthly reports in Bureau of Customs -Uploading incoming and outgoing shipments in LOI -Update accounting files ( Sales Revenue)

Requirement
<MUST> - Comprehensive understanding of PEZA rules and regulations - Proficiency in processing Letters of Authority (LOA), Surety Bonds, and Constructive Export/Import documents. - Familiarity with Bureau of Customs (BOC) - Experience in coordinating international and domestic shipments <BETTER> 1. Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related Business course. 2. At least 1–2 years of experience working within a PEZA-registered manufacturing or logistics firm. 3. Ability to troubleshoot delays in permit approvals or issues with BOC/PEZA clearances. 4. Strong verbal and written communication skills 5. Attention to Detail & Time Management
