Job Description

We are looking for a Boiler Maintenance Supervisor who will lead field service operations, oversee maintenance activities, and ensure high-quality service delivery to clients. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership capability, making it ideal for candidates ready to step into a supervisory position. 【Responsibilities】 • Supervise and lead boiler maintenance technicians in daily operations • Conduct inspections, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of boilers • Oversee water treatment system operations and ensure compliance with standards • Manage on-site service activities including scheduling and quality control • Handle customer concerns and provide technical support • Prepare cost estimates, service proposals, and maintenance reports • Ensure safety compliance and enforce proper work procedures • Drive to client sites and manage field service logistics

Requirement

【MUST】 • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field) • At least 3–5 years of experience in mechanical/boiler maintenance • With leadership or supervisory experience • Valid driver’s license (required for field work) • Business-level English communication skills 【BETTER】 • Safety Officer certification • Experience in boiler systems and water treatment • Knowledge of industrial safety standards and compliance • Experience in client coordination and proposal preparation
