  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: > Lead and supervise all site electrical works, ensuring execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements. > Plan, coordinate, and monitor electrical activities to meet project schedules, milestones, and quality objectives > Review and interpret electrical drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals; ensure proper implementation on site. > Coordinate closely with other engineering disciplines (MEP, Civil, Architectural) to resolve clashes and ensure smooth work progress. > Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and statutory regulations, including local authority requirements. > Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance; provide technical guidance and resolve site issues promptly. > Ensure all electrical installations comply with approved materials, inspection requirements, and quality standards. > Conduct site inspections, witness testing and commissioning activities, and ensure proper documentation and handover records. > Enforce safety regulations and ensure all electrical works are carried out in accordance with approved HSE procedures. > Identify potential risks, delays, or technical issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions. > Review variations, site instructions, and technical queries related to electrical works."
