• Job Description

  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: > Lead and oversee the engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning of all ELV systems, including but not limited to CCTV, FACP, BMS, PA, Access Control and ICT Systems. > Review, coordinate, and approve ELV shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection and test plans (ITPs) > Ensure ELV works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, relevant codes, standards, and contractual requirements. > Coordinate closely with other disciplines (MEP and Civil, Architectural) to resolve interface and coordination issues. > Supervise site activities and provide technical guidance to subcontractors and site engineers to ensure quality workmanship > Monitor project progress, identify risks or delay, and implement mitigation measures to maintain the approved schedule > Conduct site inspections, witness testing and commissioning activities, and ensure system functionality and performance compliance. > Ensure compliance with HSE requirements during all ELV installation and testing activities > Prepare technical reports, progress updates, as-built drawings, test-results, and handover documentation for project close-out . > Support coordination with consultants, clients, and authorities for inspections. approvals, and system acceptance.
