  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES > Interpret construction drawings and provide technical guidance on site > Monitor workmanship, materials, and construction methods > Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants > Prepare reports, inspections, and progress documentation > Attend coordination meetings whenever necessary > Performs other duties from time to time as assigned/delegated by the superiors KEY SKILLS > Strong technical and analytical skills > Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic engineering software is advantage > Good coordination and reporting skills are a must > Attention to detail.
