  ■ JOB SUMMARY As the Maintenance Assistant Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance of machines, facilities, and equipment to ensure smooth plant operations. You will be responsible for technical supervision, compliance, and team leadership. ■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ・Maintenance Operations: Oversee maintenance of all machines, facilities, and equipment. ・Asset Control: Manage machine spare parts, equipment, and tool inventory. ・Facility Utilities: Supervise water/wastewater treatment plants, compressors, boilers, and scrubber units. ・Waste Management: Oversee warehousing and operations for chemicals, hazardous waste, and solid waste. ・Compliance: Ensure the section’s compliance with ISO standards. ・Leadership: Plan and schedule activities for all subordinates. ・Reporting: Prepare reports and present updates during Management Committee (Mancom) meetings.
