Job Description
The QA/QC Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) on-site. The role ensures that all construction works meet the project specifications, international standards, and JICA’s quality and safety requirements, while coordinating closely with the Engineer (Consultant) and the Employer. <Responsibilities> - Quality Plan Development - Inspection & Testing - Compliance - Material Approval - Non-Conformance Management - Site Audits - Documentation & Reporting - Stakeholder Liaison - Providing Training

Requirement
<MUST> - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field. - Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in major infrastructure projects (Roads, Bridges, or Highways). - Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically as a QA/QC Manager or Lead Quality Engineer. - Native or professional working proficiency in English. - Deep understanding of international standards (ASTM, AASHTO, BS, etc.) and FIDIC contract conditions. - Certified ISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor or equivalent. <Better> - Previous experience in JICA-funded projects or other Multilateral Development Banks (World Bank, ADB). <Soft Skills> - Strong leadership to act as the primary point of contact for the Engineer (Consultant). - Ability to provide technical training and enhance quality awareness among staff and subcontractors.
