Requirement

<MUST> - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. - Proven work experience as a Planning Engineer. - Ability to develop detailed project schedules and manage resource allocation. - Experience in performance reporting and progress monitoring. <BETTER> - Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) <Soft Skills> - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adjust project data as needed. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement. - Ability to work effectively in a team and manage diverse relationships.
