  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: > Implement directives about proper use of resources and methodological work sequence (MS / MOS / MAR) > Review and evaluate work accomplishments daily. > Prepare daily schedule of construction activity and attend daily inspections at site. > Monitor the flow of operation and project activities and resolve issues at site. > Assure smooth flow of operation, monitor occurrence of potential problems during implementation process. > Implements measures and monitors activities to ensure conformity to codes, construction norms, and client Requirements > Gather data and prepare weekly progress report for submission to immediate superior and department head. KEY SKILLS > Good verbal and written communication skills. > Problem solving skills - Technical prowess, analytical thinking, and practical skills. > Making Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress report. > Project scheduling - Defining project tasks and their durations, dependencies, and assigned resources to co the project within a designated time frame. > Site Coordination and Supervision - Monitoring all the activities at the site. > Knowledge of Architectural and Structural software (ex. Auto Cad). > Knowledge of Microsoft suits (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) > Documentation - other paperwork or communicable materials. > Computer Literature - Knowledge and ability to use computers and related technology efficiently. > Can overtime work if necessary, during weekdays and Saturday/Sunday work."
