Job Description

The Sales Engineer will play a key role in bridging technical expertise with customer needs. This position involves delivering in-depth product knowledge, understanding client requirements, and proposing tailored solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth, support sales initiatives, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: >Provide technical expertise and support to customers during the sales process >Identify and evaluate customer needs to recommend appropriate product solutions >Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions >Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships >Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets >Ensure post-sales satisfaction by assisting with implementation and support as needed

Requirement

Qualification >Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering >Professional License (e.g., Registered Geodetic Engineer) is a plus but not required >2 to 4 years experience in geospatial/surveying equipment sales or technical support, preferably with brands like CHCNAV, Trimble, Leica, Topcon, or similar >Strong understanding of GNSS/GPS, Total Station, RTK, LiDAR, and other geospatial technologies >Ability to demonstrate, install, and troubleshoot geospatial instruments and software >Excellent communication and presentation skills – capable of explaining technical features in a clear, customer-friendly manner >Willingness to travel to client sites, project locations, or company branches as needed >Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills >Proficiency in using relevant surveying software (e.g., LandStar, Carlson, AutoCAD Civil 3D, etc.) >Familiarity with data post-processing and GIS concepts is a plus >Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct field demos
