Job Description

Key Responsibilities ・Design manufacturing processes and support standardization for the mass production of newly received orders. ・Create and modify drawings for die-cutting molds/dies and jigs using CAD software. ・Collect data and propose improvements to increase yield rates and reduce costs on existing production lines. ・Investigate the root causes of defects on the manufacturing floor and implement effective countermeasures.

Requirement

Mandatory Requirements (Must-haves) ・Minimum of 3 years of practical experience using 2D/3D CAD (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) with the ability to draft drawings independently. ・Working knowledge of Adobe software (e.g., Illustrator). ・A hands-on, field-oriented approach (willingness to be directly involved on the production floor) with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves) ・Educational background in Engineering (Technical/Vocational school graduates are also welcome). ・Experience working as an engineer in the manufacturing industry (Years of experience is flexible; hiring based on potential is considered). ・Basic knowledge of Quality Control (QC) and continuous improvement (Kaizen / 5S).
