Job Description
Key Responsibilities ・Create 3D models of MEP systems using Revit, ArchiCAD, or Rebro. ・Integrate MEP models with architectural and structural models to perform clash detection. ・Extract and modify 2D shop drawings, sleeve drawings, and other necessary plans from BIM models. ・Collaborate online with project managers and designers in Japan to ensure project alignment.

Requirement
Minimum Requirements (MUST) ・At least 5 years of practical experience in BIM modeling (using Revit, ArchiCAD, or Rebro). ・Strong ability to accurately read, interpret, and understand architectural blueprints and MEP shop drawings. Preferred Qualifications (WANT) ・Degree or background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering. ・Board passers: Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) in the Philippines. ・Prior work experience with Japanese MEP subcontractors (e.g., Kinden, Taikisha, Shinryo) or Japanese general contractors (e.g., Taisei Corporation). ・Basic knowledge of architecture/MEP combined with a strong interest and willingness to learn more about 3D technology and BIM.
