Job Description
Responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Ensures accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports, while monitoring company cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions. Assists in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensures compliance with Philippine financial regulations and accounting standards, including timely submission of government reports such as BIR and PEZA. Oversees tax computations and filings, reviews the work of accounting staff for accuracy, and provides training to improve team performance. Also identifies cost-saving opportunities and prepares financial performance reports for management review.

Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • At least 5–7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role. • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR regulations, and financial reporting. • Experience in manufacturing company is an advantage. • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. • Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
