Job Description
【Responsibilities】 • Monitor material availability to ensure uninterrupted production • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure SAP data matches physical stock • Prevent stock shortages and overstocking through proactive inventory management • Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and QA on material requirements • Support regular inventory counts and audits with Accounting • Ensure proper documentation of material movements and SAP transactions

Requirement
【MUST】 • Vocational, technical, or college-level education • Japanese language proficiency: N3 level (reading, writing, speaking) • Computer literate with strong attention to detail • Basic understanding of inventory control or warehouse operations 【BETTER】 • Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or production support • Basic knowledge of SAP transactions • Knowledge of food safety, workplace safety, or manufacturing processes
