Job Description

>Report to the office on Mondays; report to the assigned sales area from Tuesdays to Fridays >Comfortable being in the field to visit manufacturing plants and meet customers >Self-drive to customer sites (Individuals who are not experienced drivers of 4-wheel vehicles need not apply) >Willing to take calls from colleagues or customers outside working days >Prospecting for customers and gathering sales leads >Acquiring new accounts >Expanding and developing business opportunities in existing accounts within assigned area >Understanding technical requirements and analyzing customer needs through visits, online meetings, and other channels >Carrying out presentations of solutions to customers >Planning, organizing, and conducting marketing activities in assigned area >Achieving agreed sales targets

Requirement

>Degree in Engineering >Preferably with 2 years’ experience in direct selling of industrial equipment or technical products to end-users in the manufacturing sector >Proven ability to reach targets >Likes continuous learning and comfortable in doing calculations for equipment sizing >Competitive, pro-active, service-oriented, and enjoys meeting new people >Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to customers >Ability to work with minimal supervision and committed to meeting sales targets >Possession of a personal vehicle is an advantage
