Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on yet strategic Accounting Manager who can not only manage the day-to-day operations but also lead our finance team to the next level of organizational excellence. <Key Responsibilities> - Monthly and Annual Closing: Managing and executing month-end and year-end accounting processes. - Financial Statement Preparation: Drafting and finalizing balance sheets, P&L statements, and other financial reports. - Audit Coordination: Serving as the primary point of contact for external auditors and ensuring compliance. - Tax Compliance: Handling tax filings, reporting, and staying updated on tax regulations. - Accounting Team Management: Leading, mentoring, and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.

<Must> - 10years of professional experience in Accounting and Finance. - 5 years of proven experience in a management or leadership role. - Business level English Level <Better> - CPA certification (preferred/advantageous). <Soft Skills> - Collaborative Leader - Effective Communicator - Resilient Problem-Solver
