Job Description

・Proposing solutions and identifying challenges for clients (construction companies, developers, trading firms, etc.) ・Developing new clients through visits and online meetings ・Accompanying construction-related surveys: site inspections, confirming site conditions, verifying basic specifications ・Creating sales materials: proposals, estimates, specification documents, unit house application proposals (temporary offices, warehouses, stores, etc.) ・Planning and executing marketing/sales strategies ・Planning campaigns, exhibition events, proposing and managing SNS and advertising initiatives ・Order process management: Contracts, delivery schedule coordination, customer negotiations ・Billing operations: Basic invoice management including issuance and payment confirmation ・Collaboration with logistics/construction teams: Delivery coordination, on-site supervision ・Collecting customer feedback and proposing service improvements ・Workplace communication in English ・Reporting and meeting participation with headquarters (Japan side) ・Basic MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint)

Requirement

・No experience or major required—we hire based on potential. ・Sales experience, including internships/part-time roles, is a plus. ・As this is a start-up phase, we seek individuals who thrive on building things from scratch and can independently drive projects from planning to execution. ・Candidates should be flexible, capable of performing a wide range of sales-related tasks beyond the confines of a job description. ・We seek individuals who can collaborate with members of our multinational group companies, resonate with our corporate philosophy and culture, and enjoy launching new ventures. ・Workplace communication is in English. 【Preferred】・Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering fields such as architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering ・Driver's license: Preferably held. May be obtained after hiring. (For site/client visits) ・Sales/customer service experience from previous employment, internships, or part-time work
