  We are the Philippine subsidiary of a well-established international shipping company headquartered in Singapore. We operate in the maritime transportation industry, providing ocean freight and vessel management services that connect the Philippines to global trade networks. Our core business includes: ・Operation and technical management of multiple commercial vessels ・Crew management for approximately 700 seafarers under a rotational system ・Handling vessel operating expenses, port charges, and international logistics coordination ・Supporting global cargo transportation and trade infrastructure Our Manila office plays a critical role in managing vessel operations, crew payroll, compliance, and financial reporting to headquarters. With decades of operational experience, we maintain a stable and disciplined management structure. As part of the global shipping supply chain, we contribute to the essential infrastructure that supports international trade. This environment offers accounting professionals exposure to specialized maritime finance, including vessel cost control and seafarer payroll management. Due to organizational strengthening and expansion, we are seeking a key accounting professional who can become a future core member of our finance department and eventually take on a leadership role. 【Key Responsibilities】 •Monthly and annual financial closing •Preparation of financial statements and reporting to headquarters •Tax compliance (VAT, BIR 2307, and related filings) •Government statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, etc.) •Payroll processing for seafarers •Vessel-related operating expense monitoring and cost control •Development of internal checklists and workflow improvements •Coordination and reporting with overseas headquarters
