Job Description
1. Position Overview Reporting directly to the Japanese Vice President (Mr. Masuda), this is a pivotal role serving as the Section Head of HR and General Affairs (GA). While the organization currently consists of about 30 employees, we are anticipating future expansion. You will be expected to lead the transition from a "defensive/reactive HR" to a "proactive/system-building HR" phase by strictly enforcing compliance and restructuring company policies. 2. Responsibilities ・You will be responsible for overall HR operations, General Affairs, and the management of one subordinate. ・HR & Labor Structuring: -Revise, implement, and manage the Company Policy/Handbook in strict accordance with the Philippine Labor Code. -Establish and streamline processes to ensure full DOLE compliance. ・Operations Management: -Manage and approve payroll computations. -Oversee procedures and processing for employee government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and HMO. ・Management: -Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations for one HR staff member. ・General Affairs (GA): -Handle office administration and provide support duties for Japanese expatriates.

Requirement
[Must-Have / Mandatory] -Practical experience in corporate HR (approximately 5+ years). -Experience in handling compliance and policy-making/implementation (Highly emphasized). -People management experience (regardless of team size). [Preferred Qualifications] -Previous work experience in a Japanese company. -Multitasking experience in a startup environment or an organization with around 30 employees.
