Job Description

Mission: Lead EV bus sales from lead generation to contract closing and deployment, maximizing sales volume and revenue. Key Responsibilities - Develop new leads (B2B / B2G / B2C) through outreach, referrals, exhibitions, and events - Conduct needs analysis (usage, routes, budget, delivery schedule) - Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations - Negotiate pricing, specifications, delivery, and maintenance terms - Coordinate with internal teams (production, after-sales, legal, finance) and external partners - Manage sales pipeline and reporting - Post-installation follow-up, upselling, and referral generation - Support EV bus seminars and briefing sessions - Explain EV adoption benefits, subsidies, and case studies to corporate and government clients

Requirement

<Must> - Experience in B2B or B2G sales - Ability to manage sales pipeline, progress tracking, and reporting - Strong consultative selling and proposal skills - Experience handling quotations and contract negotiations - Basic PC skills (Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.) <Preferred> - Experience in automotive, EV, industrial machinery, or equipment sales - Experience with government proposals or subsidy explanations - Experience managing long-cycle, multi-department sales projects
