Job Description
■ Job Description -Technical Tasks (BIM/CIM & CAD): Handle CAD operations and BIM/CIM modeling, specifically for roads, bridges, rivers, and water supply/sewerage structures. -Management & Coordination: Collaborate with Filipino CAD operators, manage project progress, and implement trial-and-error strategies to ensure top-tier quality. -Liaison Duties: Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, ensuring smooth communication in Japanese. -Administrative Management: Manage preliminary consultations, preparation of quotations and contracts, quality control, and issuance of invoices.

【MUST】 -Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Required). -Experience: At least 5 years of experience in CAD work for Civil Engineering and Architecture. -Language Proficiency: Japanese (N1 level or Native) is required for reading, writing, and client communication.
