Job Description
The HR Staff is responsible for supporting daily human resources operations and administrative functions. You will act as a key point of contact for employees while ensuring that personnel records and HR processes are maintained with high levels of confidentiality and accuracy. Core Responsibilities: >Assist in the maintenance of employee records and ensure all documentation complies with company policies and local labor laws. >Support the hiring process by coordinating interviews, screening resumes, and assisting with the onboarding of new hires. >Help implement standard HR procedures and provide basic guidance to staff regarding company regulations and benefits. >Serve as a reliable liaison between management and employees, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to resolve basic inquiries. >Prepare HR-related reports and documents using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). >Manage sensitive data and "trustworthy" information with total discretion, ensuring privacy and data security.

Requirement
>Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Admin or any related field >At least one (1) year HR experience (fresh graduates may be considered) >Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR procedures >Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills >Proficient in MS Office applications >Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information >Professional attitude and willingness to learn
