  • Job Description

    ・Planning and execution of general quality activities, preparation of quality reports, handling customer complaints, and addressing internal quality issues. ・Maintaining, managing, and improving the factory quality system through cross-departmental collaboration. ・Supervising and managing members of the Quality Assurance department, delegating tasks, and providing support to subordinates. ・Coordinating with other departments to handle customer visits, visits from the head office QA department, and factory audits.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】 ・Over the past 15 years, more than 5 years of management experience in the Quality Assurance department at manufacturing plants. ・Experience in handling customer complaints. ・Experience in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification audits. ・Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, for close coordination with sales, the head office QA department, and factory managers in Ilocos, Philippines.
