  • Job Description

    ・Understand client needs (Japanese expatriates) and propose suitable properties. ・Conduct online meetings with prospective tenants to discuss budget and preferred locations. ・Arrange property viewings. ・Handle lease agreement procedures (obtaining tenant signatures, submitting documents to owners, etc.). ・Confirm and arrange tenant requests for furniture and appliances. ・Assist with move-in inspections. ・Respond to post-move-in inquiries. ・Manage lease renewals. ・Provide regular updates to business contacts met through networking.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ・Sales experience: 2 years or more ・Japanese language proficiency: N3 level or above ・Ability to commit to long-term employment ・Understand the company’s policies and act proactively ・Agile and mobile, able to visit sites and gather first-hand information ・Team-oriented, willing to support colleagues when needed
