Job Description

The Project Engineering Supervisor oversees quality standards and technical project execution within a Japanese manufacturing environment. This role bridges the gap between technical inspection and bilingual coordination, ensuring all samples meet precise quality and color specifications. Core Responsibilities: > Lead QA/QC inspection processes, ensuring high accuracy in reporting and sample evaluation. > Utilize JLPT N2 Japanese proficiency to communicate technical standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams. > Perform precise color matching and sample quality assessments requiring excellent color recognition skills. > Apply a disciplined, methodical approach to problem-solving and decision-making while adhering to standard procedures. > Supervise project workflows to ensure manufacturing outputs align with established quality benchmarks.

Requirement

REQUIREMENTS: > Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course. > Proficient in Japanese, with a minimum of JLPT N2 certification. > At least two to three years of experience as a QA/QC Inspector in a manufacturing setting, preferably within a Japanese manufacturing company. Technical Skills: >Excellent color recognition skills for precise color matching and sample quality evaluation. >High attention to detail and accuracy in inspection and reporting. Soft Skills: >Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with a disciplined, methodical approach. >Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams while adhering to standard procedures and quality standards.
