Job Description

> Learn and apply networking, security, and business applications aligned with company priorities. > Install, configure, optimize, and maintain hardware, software, and applications. > Provide technical support including troubleshooting, repair, and performance optimization. > Conduct configuration tests, debugging, and corrective actions for applications and products. > Perform on-site and remote set-up, installation, testing, and demonstrations independently or with a team. > Gain proficiency in development tools such as SQL, Linux, PHP, Java, and .NET. > Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and developers to implement and enhance applications. > Support desktop, web, and mobile applications, including backend and frontend testing and maintenance. > Ensure compliance with protocols in customer engagements. > Research, share, and propose emerging technologies in automation, digital storage, and mobile solutions. > Utilize user feedback to improve system performance and user experience. > Coordinate with technology partners, service providers, vendors, and colleagues to resolve IT concerns. > Be available for after-office, holiday, or weekend support and accept short-term business travel when required. > Deliver excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirement

> Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. > Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. > With 1 year of relevant IT experience in systems administration, network management, application support, or related fields - desirable. > Experience providing end-user support (hardware, software, and applications). > Exposure to on-site and remote IT support environments. > Experience coordinating with external vendors, ISPs, and service providers is an advantage. > Supervisory or team-lead experience is desirable but not required. Skills: > Knowledge of software development tools (SQL, Linux, PHP, Java, .NET) is a plus. > Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. > Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. > Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required. > Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Certifications: > Professional certifications (preferred but not required): CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, CCNA, MCSA/MCSE, ITIL Foundation.
