Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Training Supervisor / Manager to lead and enhance our employee development programs. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage training initiatives that improve skills, drive operational performance, and support organizational goals. You will supervise training staff, ensure high-quality learning delivery, and work closely with business units to address skill gaps and competency needs. 【RESPONSIBILITIES】 • Lead and manage training staff, including trainers, coordinators, and support personnel. • Design, develop, and implement effective training programs and curricula. • Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement. • Deliver engaging training sessions and presentations across employee levels. • Coach and mentor employees to enhance skills, performance, and career development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business objectives. • Maintain training documentation, reports, and performance metrics. • Stay updated on best practices, digital tools, and learning management systems.

Requirement

【MUST】 • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. • 3–5 years in training delivery, program design, and implementation. • Experience supervising trainers, coordinators, or training support staff. • Background in corporate or industrial training preferred. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance development ability. • Able to assess training needs, design curriculum, and measure training effectiveness. • Leadership and team management skills. • Analytical and organized, with the ability to align training programs to business goals. • Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams. 【BETTER】 • Professional training certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD). • Experience with training metrics, LMS, or digital training tools. • Exposure to manufacturing processes or technical production skills.
