• Job Description

  > Manage efficiently the flow of shipments or goods throughout the whole supply chain by coordinating with the internal and external stakeholders > Accurately and timely process all incoming/outgoing shipments by coordinating with suppliers and carriers by observing the current process/system > Timely arrangement of transportation for both inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing routes and reducing shipping costs > Regularly track & trace shipments, monitor their progress and resolve any transportation-related issues thru submission of timely reoorts > Closely monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks by coordinating with warehouse personnel to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of goods > Effectively liaise/communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams on all logistics activities and immediately address any inquiries of challenges > Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to logistics and transportation > Ensure accurate records of all logistics-related documents by proper record-keeping > Promptly identify and resolve logistics-related issues by implementing proactive measures > Collaborate with stakeholders to address delays, damages, or other logistics disruptions > Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs > Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to remain informed about advancements in logistics and transportation
