・Specification Sales to Architectural Firms Engage with renowned architects and designers from the initial planning and design phases. Lead the entire process from proposing optimal solutions and securing product specifications to final delivery. ・Distributor Partnership Management Accelerate sales activities by providing technical and informational support to distributors and driving joint proposal initiatives. ・Performance Analysis & Marketing Formulate sales strategies based on multi-faceted analysis of sales data. Contribute to brand value enhancement through event planning, social media management, and incorporating customer feedback.

【MUST】 ・Sales experience (B2B or B2C; experience in the building materials, equipment, or real estate industry is a plus) ・Experience advancing projects through communication with agents/distributors and customers ・Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 【Preferred】 ・Experience working with design offices, designers, or the interior industry ・Interest or experience in marketing, social media management, and data analysis ・Experience working in foreign-affiliated or Japanese companies
