Requirement
Minimum 5 years in a senior business development or leadership role with proven success in leasing. Must have extensive connections with major mall developers (SM, Ayala, Robinsons) nationwide, strong negotiation skills for complex deals, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to consistently exceed targets.
