Job Description
【Team & Project Management】 ・Organize, lead, and motivate software engineering teams. ・Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, optimizing resource allocation and managing schedules. ・Monitor progress to ensure delivery within agreed specifications and deadlines. 【Technical Leadership & Development】 ・Design, code, and test applications primarily using Laravel and ReactJS. ・Troubleshoot complex system issues as a “technical detective” to identify and resolve challenges. ・Establish modern development environments and support product development using AWS, Docker, GitHub, and other tools.

Requirement
【Experience】 ・Over 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, delivering, and maintaining production-grade software. ・Experience as a lead or manager of an engineering team. 【Technical Stack】 ・Extensive practical experience with PHP (Laravel) and ReactJS/TypeScript (these two are especially emphasized). ・Proficient in both backend and frontend development frameworks and related technologies.
