Job Description

・Key Responsibilities -Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs (GraphQL or REST). -Work with a cross-functional team to define requirements, design, and release new features. -Write clean, maintainable code using Go (Preferred), Python, or TypeScript (Node.js). -Implement and optimize database queries and schema designs. -Ensure backend system scalability, performance, and security. -Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirement

・Requirements (Must Have) -3+ years of practical backend software development experience. -Proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) AND either Python or Go. Note: This project recommends the use of Go. -Experience designing and developing GraphQL or RESTful APIs. -Knowledge of Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, etc.) or NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.). -Deep understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms. ・Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) -Experience with Microservices Architecture. -Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). -Knowledge of event-driven systems or message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). -Passion for system performance optimization. ・Ideal Candidate Profile -Strictly Punctual: Someone who values time and does not arrive late. -Agile Mindset: Able to adapt to the speed and pace of a startup/venture company. -Cultural Interest: Interested in Japanese culture (Anime, Manga, etc.) or working with Japanese enterprises.
