Job Description

・Key Responsibilities -Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. -Collaborate with Product Designers and Backend Engineers to deliver a seamless UX. -Implement integrations with RESTful APIs or GraphQL APIs. -Build responsive UIs compatible with various devices and screen sizes. -Write clean, efficient code and maintain documentation. -Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization.

Requirement

・Requirements (Must Have) -3+ years of mobile app development experience using Flutter. -Deep understanding of the Dart programming language. -Experience with API integration (REST or GraphQL). -Understanding of State Management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, MobX, etc.). -Proficiency in Git and version control workflows. -Strict punctuality and time management skills. ・Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) -Native development experience in Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift). -Experience building CI/CD pipelines. -Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Firebase). -Experience in launching new services from scratch (0→1). ・Ideal Candidate Profile -Strictly Punctual: Someone who values time and does not arrive late. -Agile Mindset: Able to adapt to the speed and pace of a startup/venture company. -Cultural Interest: Interested in Japanese culture (Anime, Manga, etc.) or working with Japanese enterprises.
