Job Description
・Key Responsibilities -Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Ruby on Rails. -Implement new features and fix bugs for existing web applications. -Collaborate with Japanese clients and internal Project Managers (communication in English). -Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality improvement.

Requirement
・Requirements (Must Have) -3 to 5+ years of practical experience in Web Application Development. -Proven implementation experience with Ruby on Rails. -Experience with team development using Git/GitHub. -Professional proficiency in English for business communication. ・Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) -Experience developing educational services (EdTech). -Experience in the maintenance and operation of large-scale web services. -Prior work experience with Japanese companies or an understanding of Japanese culture. ・Ideal Candidate Profile -Strictly Punctual: Someone who values time and does not arrive late. -Agile Mindset: Able to adapt to the speed and pace of a startup/venture company. -Cultural Interest: Interested in Japanese culture (Anime, Manga, etc.) or working with Japanese enterprises.
