• Job Description

  We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our new logistics project in Laguna Technopark. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, supervising staff, and ensuring accurate inventory management using barcode scanning systems. <Key Responsibilities> - Operations Management: Oversee overall daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching (mainly electronic parts). - Team Management: Supervise and guide warehouse staff (including agency workers) to ensure productivity and safety standards are met. - Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records using Handy Terminals / Barcode Scanners. Conduct regular cycle counts; investigate root causes and implement corrective actions when discrepancies occur. - Quality Control: Ensure proper handling of sensitive products (electronic components/semiconductors) to prevent damage. - Reporting: Generate daily and weekly warehouse reports using MS Excel and report to the Management team.
