• Job Description

  Role Summary Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure correct receiving, storage, issuance, and delivery of materials and equipment. Maintain accurate records, control inventory, and ensure safe and orderly warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities > Receive and release materials and equipment properly, with complete and accurate documentation. > Conduct regular inventory and cycle counts and report any discrepancies to the Project Manager. > Ensure issuance and deployment procedures are followed and properly recorded. > Implement warehouse procedures, report gaps or issues, and recommend improvements. > Monitor stock levels to avoid stock-outs and prepare purchase requests when items reach the re-order point. > Track delivery schedules and supplier performance and address causes of delays with concerned parties. > Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate shipments and deliveries to project sites. > Ensure compliance with company ethics and safety requirements and maintain good teamwork and coordination.
