【Job Description】 ・Interpretation: Interpret technical instructions from Japanese technicians to local staff within the factory (Japanese ⇔ English/Cebuano). ・Translation: Translate and verify sewing specifications and pattern instructions sent from the Japanese Headquarters. ・Production Control: Manage production progress, adjust delivery schedules, and report to the Japanese team. ・Guest Relations: Attend to and assist visitors and clients traveling from Japan.

【MUST】 ・Experience: At least 1 year of work experience using the Japanese language. ・Language Skills: JLPT N2 or higher, or equivalent advanced business level in conversation, reading, and writing. ・Note: We prioritize actual language proficiency over certificates. 【Preferred】 ・Open-minded, honest, and eager to learn. ・Proactive: Someone who can think and act on their own initiative rather than just waiting for instructions. ・Someone who values communication with staff on the factory floor.
