This is a great opportunity to grow your career while contributing to projects that make a real impact in the real estate and construction industry. • Handle general accounting transactions of the company • Manage invoices, receipts, and ensure compliance with BIR requirements • Assist in preparing liquidations and reimbursements • Handle releasing of check payments to on-site suppliers • Releasing BIR Form 2307 for on-site transactions • Monitoring payments (Google Sheet Monitoring: release of materials, date of P.O., date received by Accounting, target date for check release, and actual date of check availability) • Perform other relevant accounting tasks as needed

Requirement

【MUST】 • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related accounting/finance course • Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 2 years of relevant accounting experience is acceptable • Basic knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and monitoring sheets) • Familiarity with BIR compliance and documentation (invoices, receipts, Form 2307) • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle numerical data accurately • Willing and able to work onsite in Cabuyao, Laguna • Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines 【BETTER】 • Prior exposure to construction, real estate, or project-based accounting • Experience in handling payments, liquidations, and reimbursements • Basic understanding of accounts payable processes and check disbursement • Comfortable using Google Sheets for tracking and monitoring transactions • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with on-site suppliers • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced construction environment
