Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for providing support in the preparation and management of technical documents, ensuring proper documentation, and facilitating all related requirements for technical operations. The position also involves liaising and communication between teams. Job Responsibilities: > Preparation of Certificate of Analysis (COA): Responsible for generating and ensuring accuracy of COA for daily deliveries. > Document Filing: File and maintain QC prints, R&D prints, and other relevant technical documentation. > Preparation of Color Guides and Attachments: Assist in the preparation of color guides and any other required attachments for customer or internal use. > Sample Preparation: Prepare bottle samples for customer deliveries or sampling requests. > Documentation Management: Ensure that all technical documents are securely stored, properly maintained, and readily accessible for future reference. > Liaison and Communication: Act as a link between departments, team members or clients, relaying information, taking feedback, and communication technical details clearly. > Laboratory Housekeeping: Support the laboratory in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.

Requirement
>Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Food Technology, or a related technical course >With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in documentation, laboratory support, quality control, or a related technical role (fresh graduates may be considered) >Knowledgeable in preparing and handling technical documents, such as Certificates of Analysis (COA), QC records, and R&D documents >Detail-oriented with strong organizational and filing skills >Basic understanding of laboratory procedures, sample preparation, and safety standards >Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, email) >Good written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate effectively with different teams and departments >Able to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain confidentiality of technical information >Willing to support laboratory housekeeping and comply with safety and cleanliness protocols >Can work independently and as part of a team; reliable and responsible
