Job Description
Job Responsibilities ・Visiting and handling Japanese clients (including email correspondence and phone calls in Japanese). ・Supporting Japanese sales staff (including interpretation and translation tasks). ・Processing Purchase Orders (PO), managing delivery schedules, and coordinating shipments. ・Coordinating with internal factory departments (Manufacturing & QA) in Filipino/Tagalog.

【Must Haves】 ・Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Sales. ・Japanese Language: JLPT N2 or N3 Level. ・Must be able to accurately understand instructions from Japanese supervisors and hold simple conversations with clients. ・The necessity of a driver's license will be determined during the interview, based on your skills and abilities Personality: ・Understanding of Japanese culture and business etiquette (manners, the importance of Ho-Ren-So / Reporting-・Communicating-Consulting, and strict punctuality). ・Bright, positive, and polite attitude. 【Preferred / Advantage】 Sales experience in the Manufacturing Industry is a plus. While not mandatory, candidates who are comfortable with technical drawings and technical terminology will be prioritized.
