• Job Description

  - Oversee and manage all accounting functions in the manufacturing facility in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and relevant regulations. - Review and verify all accounting entries related to manufacturing costs, including Raw Materials, Direct Labor, and Factory Overhead. - Prepare and analyze Standard Cost versus Actual Cost, including variance analysis (e.g., material variance, labor variance, scrap analysis). - Monitor and verify inventory accuracy for electronic components, raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, ensuring alignment with ERP system data. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with detailed cost and production-related analysis (unit cost, yield, scrap rate, production efficiency). - Collaborate closely with Production, Planning (PP), Warehouse, and Procurement teams to ensure effective cost control and accurate inventory management. - Manage tax filings including withholding tax and other statutory filings on time. - Lead the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors and prepare required documentation for financial and operational audits. - Manage, supervise, and develop the accounting team covering GL, AP, AR, and Costing functions. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to management on cost control, budgeting, and financial performance improvement. - Ensure the efficiency of accounting processes, internal controls, and ERP system accuracy
