    We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Staff to handle logistics coordination for key accounts. You will act as a bridge between clients and the warehouse site, ensuring smooth import/export and delivery processes. <Key Responsibilities> - Customer Coordination: Handle inquiries and orders from customers via email or phone regarding shipment status, stock availability, and delivery schedules. - Order Processing: Receive delivery instructions from clients and coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange dispatch. - PEZA Compliance: Support the processing of PEZA-related documents (LOA, Form 8105/8106, etc.) and ensure compliance with economic zone regulations. - Documentation: Prepare necessary shipping documents and maintain accurate records in the system. - Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues such as shipment delays, quantity discrepancies, or other irregularities.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must> - Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience in a PEZA company (Logistics, Warehouse, or Manufacturing industry). - Experience processing PEZA-related documents (LOA, Form 8105/8106, etc.). - Skills in MS Office operation. - Business English communication skills.
